Breathe More

Just keep breathing.

This has been my mantra for the last three and a half years, since the beginning of COVID. The more chaos life creates, the more I lean into my breath. This is a strategy I was reminded of by the amazingly talented Ana Lilia. Of course, we are all connected to our own breath and it is one of those involuntary things our body does to keep us alive—which is why it is absolutely wild that we sometimes forget to take that pause breathe deeply when we are stressed.

This is just one of the loving reminders I have gotten from Ana over the years and her mentorship and support has been one of the universe’s best blessings. Maybe that’s why when she asked me to hop on an episode of her podcast, Breathe More, I obliged.

Those of you who know me know that I dislike exactly two things: 1. Being on video and 2. The sound of my own voice. Writing provide anonymity to my thoughts that video recordings just don’t offer. So you KNOW that only deep love and trust with someone would get me to willingly participate in such a venture.

And as with most things I explore with Ana—I am so glad I did it! It was great to have a conversation about life, growth, and her game-changing program, Mastermind. Thank you to Ana for creating a safe space for an important conversation about the importance of community, self-trust, and the power of manifestation.

I sincerely hope you’ll give allllll of the episodes of Breathe More a listen… but especially today’s episode #6. You can learn more about the podcast here. Give it a listen on Apple podcasts or Spotify podcasts and don’t forget, friends, keep breathing!
